How ACAN Works, End to End
A bird's-eye view of how a real-world asset becomes a verified, compliant, tradeable instrument, and who does what along the way.
Arrabon turns a real-world asset into a verified, compliant, tradeable instrument, and it does so through a few clearly separated layers. This overview shows how the pieces fit, from the moment an asset is submitted to the point where investors hold and trade it, and who is responsible for what along the way.
The shape of the platform
Three layers do the work, and keeping them separate is what keeps the system sound.
- Certification. ACAN verifies and certifies the asset. A module tuned to the asset class, prestigious assets, real estate, media rights, or patents and trademarks, establishes ownership, authenticity or validity, value, and a clean legal wrapper, then anchors a tamper-evident record on-chain.
- Issuance. A licensed issuer takes the certified asset, structures it, and fractionalizes it under the applicable regulatory regime. ACAN certifies and attests; it does not issue securities. That line matters.
- Settlement. The currency layer moves value. Multi-issuer stablecoins and a native settlement token let payments and trades finalize on-chain in seconds, around the clock and across borders, with compliance running underneath.
Tying them together is the unified verification layer, which routes each transaction by verified asset and settlement type and keeps compliance and records consistent across the whole platform.
The journey of an asset
- Certify. The owner submits the asset. The right ACAN module verifies ownership, proves the asset is real, establishes value, wraps title in a special-purpose vehicle, and issues a certificate anchored on-chain.
- Issue. A licensed issuer fractionalizes the interest under the applicable regime, turning the certified asset into tokens that represent shares in it.
- Distribute. Investors complete identity and accreditation checks once, then hold the tokens inside a regulated perimeter.
- Settle. Payments and trades settle on the currency layer, on-chain and in real time.
- Trade. Where regulations allow, tokens trade on a compliant secondary venue, with compliance and custody controls running underneath.
- Attest. As the asset produces income or passes through events, ACAN attests to them. A rent receipt or a royalty report triggers a distribution; a new lien or a lapsed registration can suspend the certificate until it is cured.
- Exit. On a sale or wind-down, the tokens are redeemed and a final event is recorded, leaving the full history intact.
Why the separation matters
ACAN is a verification and certification authority, not an issuer or an exchange. It proves what is true about an asset and attests to what happens to it, and licensed issuers and venues carry the regulated activity of selling and trading. That separation of roles is deliberate: it keeps each party doing what it is licensed and equipped to do, and it is why the certification record can be trusted independently of who is selling.
One perimeter, many assets
Because every certification module feeds the same issuance and settlement layers, different asset classes compose rather than sit in silos. A certified building, a certified catalog and a certified patent can all be issued through the same regulated perimeter and settled in the same currency layer, so value can move between them with far less friction than the traditional, fragmented alternative.
