For advisors

Your clients' assets, documented.

For estate attorneys, trust officers, family offices, wealth managers, insurance professionals and tax advisors whose clients hold more than cash. Arrabon gives you one verified record of what an estate holds, so planning starts from established facts.

What changes

Built to work alongside you.

Clean data

Every asset in a client's estate documented with expert reports and kept current in one record, instead of reassembled from scratch for each gift, sale or filing.

Verified assets

Title, existence and documentation verified, with valuations from independent appraisers on the record, so planning starts from established facts.

Better transfers to heirs

Documented values and fractional interests that support the structures you already use to move wealth across generations, from gifts and sales to trusts to insurance-funded plans.

By role

What it gives your practice.

Estate attorneys

Documented assets and values from independent appraisers for each gift, sale or transfer to a trust, with the title work and expert reports behind them.

Trust officers and fiduciaries

A current record of what a trust holds: where each asset is, how it is insured, its latest valuation, and every event since it was recorded.

Family offices

One record across real estate, collections, rights and operating assets, and ways to raise liquidity against them without a forced sale.

Wealth managers

A clear view of the illiquid assets that sit outside the portfolio you manage, and options to borrow against them or sell a minority share.

Life insurance professionals

A documented picture of what an estate holds and what it is worth, so cover can be sized to what the estate will actually need.

CPAs and tax advisors

The appraisal reports, each appraiser's credentials and the date of every valuation, in one place for the work you prepare.

How it works

From introduction to a record that lasts.

  1. Introduce the client

You introduce a client, or a client names you when they submit. Nothing moves without the client's agreement.

  2. Readiness review

We review the documents the family already has, identify what is missing, and arrange independent experts to produce reports it does not have yet, such as an appraisal or a condition report.

  3. The record

ACAN records each expert's report with their credentials and certifies the record. With the client's permission, we share it with you.

  4. Your plan

You and the family's other advisors design the plan. Arrabon provides the documented assets, fractional interests sized to the plan, and liquidity options.

  5. Kept current

Transfers, re-appraisals and custody checks are added to the record as they happen, for the trustees and advisors who come later.

For your clients

What the family receives.

One verified record

Every asset in the estate, documented with the reports of independent experts and kept in one place.

Interests heirs can divide

Fractional interests that let a family share a building, a collection or a farm precisely, instead of selling it to split the proceeds.

Liquidity without a forced sale

Options to borrow against documented assets or sell a minority interest, so taxes and costs can be met without breaking the estate up.

Borrowing against assets

A record that lasts

Every transfer, valuation and custody check on the record, so the next generation starts from documented facts.

How ACAN works

Clear roles

What Arrabon does, and what it leaves to you.

Arrabon
  • Records the reports of independent experts, with each expert's credentials.
  • Verifies that the required documents have been presented and reviewed.
  • Structures fractional interests through licensed issuers.
  • Keeps the record current for as long as the family holds the assets.
Arrabon does not
  • Give legal, tax or financial advice, or design the plan.
  • Set up or administer trusts, or sell insurance.
  • Decide whether an asset is authentic or what it is worth.
  • Hold your clients' assets in custody.

Those stay with you and the family's other advisors.

Questions

What advisors ask.

Does Arrabon give advice to my clients?

No. Arrabon does not give legal, tax or financial advice. The family's own attorneys, tax advisors and licensed insurance professionals design the plan. Arrabon provides the documented assets and the record they rely on.

Who decides what an asset is worth?

Independent appraisers. ACAN records each appraisal with the appraiser's credentials and the date of the valuation. Arrabon does not set or endorse values.

Can I see my client's record?

Yes, with your client's permission. The record is the family's, and they decide who can see it.

What does it cost my client?

Fees depend on the asset and the services used. See how fees work.

How is my client's information protected?

Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted and logged. See Security and Compliance and our Privacy Policy.
