Fees

How fees work.

Asset owners pay Arrabon to process an asset and keep its record current. Every asset is different, so fees are quoted per asset after review. Here is what they cover.

What fees cover

Seven kinds of fee, in four stages.

Not every asset needs every fee. Which ones apply, and how much they are, is set out in your agreement with us.

Getting started

  • Intake and documentation

Taking in the asset and its documents: title papers, certificates, valuations, income records, and organizing them into a file ready for review.

    One-time
  • Identity and compliance checks

Know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and source-of-funds checks on the owner and any beneficial owners.

    One-time, with periodic refresh

Certification

  • Certification and recording

Checking that every required expert report has been presented and reviewed, recording each one with the expert's credentials, and creating the asset's tamper-evident digital record.

    One-time

While the asset is on the platform

  • Monitoring and security

Keeping the record current: logging events such as custody checks, insurance renewals and new reports, watching for issues like new liens or lapsed cover, and maintaining the record's security.

    Recurring
  • Technology licensing and usage

Use of the ACAN technology and platform for the asset.

    Recurring

Only if you use them

  • Partner coordination

Arranging and coordinating licensed partners such as issuers, custodians, lenders and insurers on your behalf.

    If used
  • Premium and expedited services

Faster processing or additional services beyond the standard process.

    If used

Other costs

What is paid to others.

Some of the work on an asset is done by independent parties, who charge for it under their own terms.

Experts

Reports on the asset

Authenticators, laboratories, appraisers and title companies are paid a fixed fee that never depends on what they find. See the expert network.

Licensed partners

Custody, cover and issuance

Custodians, insurers, lenders and licensed issuers set their own fees for their own services.

Investors

Shown before investing

Any fees that apply to an offering are shown to investors before they invest, in that offering's documents.

Payment terms

When and how you pay.

  1. Fees are due when the service is provided

Unless we have agreed something different with you in writing.

  2. Recurring fees can be charged automatically

Arrabon and its payment processors may store your payment details for recurring charges.

  3. Raise any dispute within 60 days

If a charge looks wrong, tell us within 60 days at finance@arrabon.xyz.

  4. Fees are generally non-refundable

Except where our Terms say otherwise or the law requires a refund.

This is a plain-English summary. Section 7 of our Terms of Service is what applies.

Honest about fees

What fees do not buy.

A guaranteed listing

Paying for processing does not mean an asset will be certified or offered. Every asset has to complete ACAN certification first.

A different answer

Fees pay for processing and recording the record. They never change what an expert finds, and ACAN does not decide whether an asset is authentic or what it is worth.

A conflict-free platform

Arrabon earns fees when assets are processed, which is an incentive to list them. Our risks and disclosures explain how that is handled.
