About Arrabon
What is Arrabon?
Arrabon is a platform for verified real-world assets. It records assets such as property, art, energy and intellectual property together with the expert documents behind them, turns them into digital claims that can be owned in fractions, and settles transactions on-chain. Asset owners can raise capital without a forced sale, and investors can own a share of assets whose records were checked before they were offered.
What is ACAN?
ACAN, the Arrabon Certifying Authority Network, is the certification layer behind the platform. It collects the reports of independent experts on an asset's ownership, authenticity and value, verifies that they have been presented and reviewed, records them with each expert's credentials, then anchors that record on-chain. Every offering on the ACAN marketplace has been through it. Read how ACAN works.
Does Arrabon confirm that an asset is authentic or worth its valuation?
No. Authenticity, title and value are matters for qualified experts, such as authenticators, laboratories, title companies and appraisers. ACAN verifies that their reports have been presented and reviewed, records them with each expert's credentials and track record, and makes that record available. Investors and insurers decide the risk and reward from there. See Risks & Disclosures.
Is the platform live?
Arrabon is in a private beta. Asset owners can submit an asset for review now, and investor access opens in stages. Join the investor list to hear first.
What kinds of assets does Arrabon work with?
Real estate and commercial property, art and collectibles, gems and jewelry, solar and energy, compute capacity, commodities, patents and IP, music and media rights, insurance-linked instruments, estate holdings and ESG credits. Sacred heritage objects are handled as a registry and custody record only and are never offered for sale. See every asset class.
What does it mean to tokenize an asset?
A tokenized asset is a verified, digital claim on a real asset, held in a legal structure and recorded on-chain. The asset itself stays where it is. What can change hands, in whole or in fractions, is the claim. A digital deed supplements the legal title that the law requires; it does not replace it.
For asset owners
How do I list an asset?
Start with the List an asset form. Our team reviews the submission, the asset goes through ACAN certification, a licensed issuer structures and issues the tokens, and the offering is listed for verified investors on the ACAN marketplace.
Do I have to sell my asset?
No. You can sell a fractional share and keep the rest, raise capital against the asset, or borrow against it through licensed lending partners, keeping ownership while you unlock its value.
What documents will I need?
Typically proof of ownership, a recent valuation, provenance or certificates where the asset class calls for them, and insurance and income records if they apply. You do not need everything to get started; we will tell you what is missing. You will also complete identity verification (KYC).
Is listing guaranteed?
No. Every asset has to pass ACAN certification, and we may ask for further due diligence before an asset can be offered.
What does it cost?
Arrabon charges asset processing fees, which can cover intake and documentation, identity and compliance checks, certification, and ongoing monitoring. The fees that apply depend on the asset and the services involved, and are set out in your agreement with us. Fees are generally non-refundable. Services from licensed partners, such as lending or insurance, come with their own terms and fees.
How long does it take?
It depends on the asset and how complete its documentation is. After we review your submission, we will give you an estimated timeline for certification and listing.
For investors
Who can invest?
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and complete identity verification once. Some offerings are limited to accredited or otherwise qualified investors, and availability depends on your jurisdiction.
What is the minimum investment?
Minimums are set by each offering and shown before you invest.
How do I invest and get paid?
You fund a settlement wallet with stablecoin and invest in certified offerings. Income from your holdings, such as rent or royalties, is paid to the same wallet.
Can I sell my investment?
Where an offering allows it, positions can be listed for sale on a compliant secondary venue that settles on-chain. A sale depends on someone wanting to buy, so you may not be able to exit when you choose.
Are there fees for investors?
Any fees that apply to an offering are shown before you invest.
What are the risks?
Tokenized assets can lose value, and they are not insured against market loss, so you could lose some or all of what you invest. Physical assets also face real-world risks such as theft or damage. Read our full risks and disclosures, our Security and Compliance page and our Terms of Service. None of this is financial advice.
Security and trust
Who holds the physical asset?
Arrabon does not take custody of assets. The physical asset stays with its owner or with a licensed custodian under a separate custody agreement. ACAN verifies and records that arrangement as part of certification, and what is recorded and traded on the platform is a verified claim on the asset.
Is Arrabon a bank or a broker?
No. Arrabon is not a bank, broker or insurer, and does not give financial, legal or tax advice. Regulated activities, such as issuing securities, lending and insurance, are carried out by licensed partners who hold their own authorizations.
How is my data protected?
Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted and logged, and it is handled to GDPR and CCPA standards. See our Privacy Policy and Security and Compliance page.
